You will be given a territory with prospects (customers that previously purchased our products; as well as, potential those that use our products but have never purchased from us). You will be responsible for cold calling, prospecting and building relationships that will increase account penetration, revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Focus areas will include driving new business as well as increasing penetration in existing accounts.

Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers within healthcare organizations and other business partners.
Product Promotion: Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products to clients, showcasing how they align with their business objectives and patient care goals.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets, collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Reporting: Generate accurate and timely reports on sales activities, market trends, and client feedback to inform decision-making processes.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (Preferred but not required).
Willing and able to make 60+ phone calls daily.
Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and pharmaceutical products (Preferred but not required).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Building relationships that will increase account penetration, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction
Builds a network at the appropriate level within internal/external organizations; strives consistently to gain customer knowledge by identifying how can meet their needs.
Organized and Analytical
